She's known for being friendly and insists that everyone will be taken care of, from start to finish. She has loads of experience in customer service, so any questions you may have, Ingrid is your girl. She'll even help you out with that cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Outside work, Ingrid loves nature and animals and likes nothing better than a run in the countryside. You can count on Ingrid's top-notch people skills and dedication to making you happy and getting you the help you need.

Meet Wendy, the dynamic business owner, head stylist, and chief staff trainer at re:new. Wendy launched this venture over 18 years ago with a mission to establish a soothing space where clients could unwind and leave feeling better than ever. She has always championed continuous learning, a belief that has driven her success in both hairstyling and staff training. Wendy firmly holds that a stylist's skill is only as stellar as their latest haircut, a philosophy that consistently elevates the quality of service in her salon.

Julie, our dedicated business owner and accomplished hairstylist, has been an integral part of re:new for more than 14 years. She thrives on the diverse challenges that hairdressing brings and is passionate about ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable experience for every client who walks through the salon doors. Julie prides herself on her attentive approach, ensuring that each client feels heard and leaves with top-notch, personalized hair advice. Not only does she expertly manage the scissors, but she also masterfully oversees the behind-the-scenes operations, making re:new the well-oiled machine it is today.

Laurie

Meet Laurie, a seasoned hairstylist whose love for the salon environment was nurtured from childhood. Raised in a family of hairstylists, she found her comfort zone amidst the hum of hairdryers and the smell of styling products. Laurie's journey into professional hairdressing started early, as she spent her after-school hours and Saturdays at the salon from the tender age of 13.
After acquiring her NVQ Levels 2 and 3, Laurie didn't stop there; she actively sought to refine her skills with regular training at renowned London Academies. Now, with over a quarter of a century's worth of experience under her belt, Laurie finds joy and fulfillment as a key part of the close-knit team at re:new.

Demi

Meet Demi, a valued member of the re:new family for approximately seven years. Equipped with NVQ Level 2 and 3 qualifications in hairdressing, Demi's fascination with hair began in her early years and she took her first steps in a salon at the young age of 13. Her lifelong exposure to hairdressing has fostered a deep passion for the craft. Demi particularly loves creating styles and playing with creative colouring. She takes great pleasure in helping clients discover their unique style, whether that involves adding subtle highlights, opting for a gentler cut, or going for a complete hair transformation.
 

Nicola

Her professional journey flourished right here in the salon, where she completed her training and has since been able to participate in numerous educational courses. She has witnessed numerous changes in the industry, particularly within skincare ranges. Shelley has been a cherished part of the re:new's family for eight years, relishing her role within the salon team. Dave

Meet Dave, the dynamic force behind the gym's marketing initiatives. As a crucial member of our management team, he's the go-to guy for any hiccups, especially in the realm of IT. Dave's expertise ensures that our brand's presence is always on point and that our systems run seamlessly. Outside of work, he's a cinephile with a love for engrossing films. Music also plays a central role in Dave's life; he's an avid concert-goer, with The Libertines holding a special place as his favorite band. Meet Jade, a spark of energy in the re:new family. Currently in the early stages of her stylist career, Jade is eagerly honing her skills and is always seeking models to help her perfect her craft. A true devotee of all things re:new, Jade has found her groove amongst the friendly team, innovative styling methods, and our phenomenal clients. Outside the salon, you'll find Jade's adventurous spirit manifesting on the open road, where she indulges in her love for motorbiking. Leonie

Meet Leonie, a passionate beauty professional with over seven years of experience in salons and spas. She's not only a certified Katherine Daniels skincare specialist but also an expert in CACI skincare. Leonie's career journey has allowed her to explore various skincare and beauty product ranges extensively. This knowledge, combined with her skills, enables her to deliver a wide array of high-quality treatments - from massages, waxing, and tinting to LVL lashes and manicures. While she enjoys all aspects of her work, her particular love lies in brows, lashes, waxing, and skincare. With her diverse skills and devotion to her craft, Leonie ensures every client leaves her chair feeling pampered and radiant.

Hollies’ passions are nails, lashes, and makeup.  Her skill and meticulous attention to detail ensure that every manicure, LVL service and makeup application is done to perfection.
