TRAINING AT RE:NEW

Where our team keeps growing

Great hair and skincare do not stand still, so neither do we — every stylist and therapist trains continually, from day-to-day mentoring to visiting guest educators.

WHAT TRAINING LOOKS LIKE

Structured learning

Every level, from emerging stylist to master stylist, has a clear path to develop their skills.

Hands-on practice

Techniques are practised on models and in real appointments, not just talked through.

Guest educators

Award-winning names from across the industry visit the salon to share their craft, brought in through Rendezvous re:new at Woodhall Spa.

Master Colourist · Colour Legend

Led by Wendy

Wendy founded re:new in 2005 and still leads training across the whole team today. As our Master Colourist, colour is where her eye is sharpest, and she passes that knowledge on in every training session she runs, with a firm belief that a stylist's skill is only as good as their latest cut.

Your training journey

You build technique on models and in real appointments, with regular mentoring from senior stylists.

03
