Discover the lashes you never knew you had. LVL lifts your natural lashes directly from the root before tinting them to create the appearance of greater length, volume and definition—without extensions.
The result is beautifully open, brighter-looking eyes and effortless lashes from morning to night. With the right aftercare, your lift can last around six to eight weeks, gradually growing out with your natural lash cycle.

What is an LVL lash lift?
LVL is a professional treatment that lifts and enhances your natural eyelashes from the root. It is designed to create the appearance of longer, fuller and more defined lashes without using eyelash extensions.
Does LVL use eyelash extensions?
No. LVL works entirely with your natural eyelashes. No individual extensions or false lashes are attached. The treatment lifts and shapes the lashes you already have and can include tinting to make them appear darker and more defined.
How long does an LVL lash lift last?
With suitable aftercare, an LVL lash lift can last for up to eight weeks. Results gradually reduce as your natural eyelashes complete their normal growth cycle. The exact duration will vary between clients.
Do I need a patch test before LVL or tinting?
Yes. A patch test is required before your first LVL, brow-tint or lash-tint treatment and may be needed again in certain circumstances. It must be completed within the timeframe specified by the salon, normally at least 48 hours before treatment. Your appointment cannot proceed without the required test.
What happens during an LVL lash treatment?
Your therapist places your natural lashes into the selected lifted position before applying the professional lifting and setting products. A tint may then be used to add definition. Your eyes remain closed during the treatment, and your therapist will explain the process beforehand.
Can I choose how lifted my eyelashes will look?
Your therapist will assess the length, condition and natural direction of your lashes before choosing an appropriate lift. You can discuss whether you prefer a softer, natural-looking result or a more noticeable lifted effect, although the final result will depend on your natural lashes.
Can I wear mascara after an LVL lash lift?
Yes, you can wear mascara after completing the initial aftercare period. Many clients find that their lifted and tinted lashes already look sufficiently defined without it. Avoid mascara and getting the lashes wet during the first 24 hours unless your therapist advises otherwise.
How should I care for my lashes after LVL?
For the first 24 hours, keep your lashes dry and avoid steam, saunas, swimming, hot water around the eyes and eye make-up. Do not rub or press the lashes. Your therapist will provide full aftercare advice to help protect your result.
What does a professional brow shape include?
A professional brow shape is personalised around your natural brow growth, facial features and preferred finish. Your therapist will discuss the shape with you before carefully removing unwanted hair and refining the brows.
What does a brow or lash tint do?
A tint darkens the visible brow hairs or natural eyelashes to create greater definition. The colour is selected according to your natural colouring and preferred result. Tinting does not add extra hairs, permanently change their growth or create the same result as extensions.
Can I have brow or lash treatments if I have sensitive eyes or a medical condition?
Please tell your therapist about sensitive eyes, allergies, eye conditions, recent surgery, medication or previous reactions before treatment. We may need to adapt, postpone or decline the service and could recommend seeking advice from an appropriate healthcare professional.
